 Cohron’s
Manufactured Homes is a family-owned and operated business
that was established in 1955. We are now bringing in
the third generation to help in the operation. We own
six manufactured home parks in the Lawrence area: Briarwood,
Briar Creek, Quail Creek, Post Acres, Parkwood, and
Greenbrier.
These parks are conveniently located
near Fort Harrison State Park (see picture below), which
includes fishing, walking trails, horseback riding,
and a very fine golf course. Also, the Lawrence School
District is well known for the quality educational programs
they offer.
 If
you have not been in the Lawrence area, you will certainly
be surprised by the current growth in our community;
eat at Bob Evans, Dairy Queen, Applebee’s, Steak
and Shake, and of course, Lord Ashley’s; shop
at Wal Mart, Kohl’s, Starbucks, The Shoe Department,
and The Fashion Bug. Kroger’s has been in the
area for quite some time, along with Walgreen’s,
Thornton’s and BP. Lawrence offers it all!
We offer parks for the senior group, empty-nesters, and three
of the parks are family oriented. Cohron’s is
located in a prime section of suburban Indianapolis.
