Greenbriar - SUMMERTIME!!!Time for the annual Garage Sale June 11-12. Festivities...Our annual cook-out June 25, 4pm-8pm. Followed by the Strawberry Festival Saturday June 26 11am-4pm (or until the strawberries run out!) Come Join in the fun and good food!
Our parks are conveniently located
near Fort Harrison State Park (see picture below), which
includes fishing, walking trails, horseback riding,
and a very fine golf course. Also, the Lawrence School
District is well known for the quality educational programs
they offer.
 If
you have not been in the Lawrence area, you will certainly
be surprised by the current growth in our community;
eat at Bob Evans, Dairy Queen, Applebee’s, Steak
and Shake, and of course, Lord Ashley’s; shop
at Wal Mart, Kohl’s, Hallmark, The Shoe Department,
and The Fashion Bug. Kroger’s has been in the
area for quite some time, along with Walgreen’s,
Thornton’s and BP. Lawrence offers it all!
We offer one park for the senior group, while the other communities are family oriented. Cohron’s is
located in a prime section of suburban Indianapolis.
